Delivery
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will aim to be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday (unless a bank holiday) and delivered Tuesday.
Premier Mobile currently uses Royal Mail recorded delivery to dispatch your new purchase. Due to distant selling regulations, all phones and accessories must be sent to the customers billing address of the card issuer. If you or another authorised person are not available to sign for the parcel, then you will be supplied with a card with your delivery reference and a contact telephone number for Royal mail. Your package will then be stored at the local sorting office where you can arrange to collect it, or have the goods delivered on an alternative date.
